The School of Social Sciences and Law has several hundred full‐time and part‐time students taking combined and single honours undergraduate courses in anthropology, geography, politics, international relations, law, psychology and sociology. We offer a range of taught master’s programmes and have a thriving community of research students studying for MPhil and PhD degrees.
We are a school with a strong research ethos. Academic research underpins teaching and learning on all our courses and at all levels of study and we actively encourage our students to become involved.
